The 3-Visit Evaluation Model

We believe that a comprehensive understanding of your child cannot be rushed. Our initial evaluation follows a structured three-visit process designed to provide your family with a clear, actionable roadmap:

Telehealth in the 3-Visit Model

When clinically appropriate, secure telehealth and parent-only visits can be incorporated into your child's three-visit evaluation process.

Visit 1: Discovery & History

An in-depth review of your child's medical and developmental history, school records, and your primary concerns.

Visit 2: The Clinical Evaluation

A detailed, one-on-one diagnostic assessment and testing tailored specifically to your child's needs.

Visit 3: The Roadmap

A dedicated session to review findings, discuss a formal diagnosis, and build a concrete plan for next steps and ongoing support.

Note: We understand there may be times when a community outing is a safety concern; in these cases, we always take the safest approach to best understand your child’s needs, which may include conducting the visit in a controlled environment or utilizing virtual assessments to ensure their safety while still gathering necessary information.

Transparent and Personalized Care for Your Child and Family.
